Off-Campus Houses for Cornell Students

Pat’s house on North Quarry St. was the perfect location for our group of 8. The livingroom and open concept on the first floor was for perfect for hanging out with the whole group and fully furnished. She and her staff were always very responsive, from payment questions to helping solve issues at 10pm! We could tell Pat genuinely cared about us and always went above and beyond to make sure our group and our house was taken care of. Our experience was consistent with Pat’s reputation as one of the best landlords in Collegetown!

I spent three of my four years at Cornell in off campus housing and I wish I would have found Strawberry Property before my final year. Communication was always first priority and the price for the level of housing was absolutely the best in my searches. In collegetown it was hard to find places that passed the “mom test” and Pat’s place definitely did.

I have lived in two properties of Pat’s on North Campus and could not be happier. She is so quick to respond via email and text about anything we might need, from questions about trash tags to needing a new dishwasher. We also love the personal touches and cute furniture she leaves in all her homes!

Strawberry Property offers wonderful student accommodations, with beautiful spacious rooms, large common area, conveniently located to Cornell’s campus. Pat is incredibly friendly and helpful and her prices are affordable, unlike most of Collegetown. I would absolutely recommend Strawberry Property to students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live and make a home!
