Pat’s house on North Quarry St. was the perfect location for our group of 8. The livingroom and open concept on the first floor was for perfect for hanging out with the whole group and fully furnished. She and her staff were always very responsive, from payment questions to helping solve issues at 10pm! We could tell Pat genuinely cared about us and always went above and beyond to make sure our group and our house was taken care of. Our experience was consistent with Pat’s reputation as one of the best landlords in Collegetown!

I have nothing but great things to say about the Strawberry Property management group and Pat Ehrich. Over the past few years a group of my friends and I rented one of their properties and were met with grace and professionalism throughout our tenancy.
