About The Ivy
First Floor
The first floor contains an entry foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch screened-in side porch and half bath.
Second Floor
Second floor has four (4) private suites with bath ensuite to each room. All rooms on the second floor have queen beds.
Third Floor
The third floor contains four (4) bedrooms and two full baths. All rooms on the third floor have double/full beds. One bed per bedroom.
Amenities
Offered are private rooms with shared bath (x5) price at $865-$1025 and suites with private bath (x5) priced at $975 – $1185.
This is a co-op with your private room or suite, shared common spaces; living room, kitchen, porches and grounds, designated storage space in the kitchen and basement.
On a 10 month lease which includes heat, parking, laundry and internet. Electric and water are split with other tenants, usually about $30 per month per person.
- The backyard platform sits right above the Cascadilla Gorge. There is a gas grill on site.
- The rustic carriage house in the front of the property features a two – three person hot tub.
- There is off-street parking for 7 cars on site.

Walk seven minutes to downtown to Ithaca’s restaurant row and the Ithaca Commons. Going up the hill from the house, walk seven minutes to Cornell University and the adjoining Collegetown area.
Catch the bus to campus across Stewart Ave or drive 7 minutes to reach Wegmans and the Elmira Road shopping area.
Wineries, Cider Houses, museums, hiking trails and swimming are scattered throughout the Finger Lakes region and within easy drives from Ithaca.
